Key Plant manufacture New Column & Booms for large and small applications and we have second-hand equipment fully refurbished available.  Column & Booms are primarily designed for welding steel work pieces with Sub Merged Arc, Mig, Tig or Plasma welding processes.

The welding equipment is normally attached to the boom arm and this can be positioned into place prior to welding.  The column & boom can weld circumferential and longitudinal seams and joints both externally and internally.  Column & Booms can be supplied with either a stationary base or powered undercarriage.

Column & Booms can also be used in conjunction with polishing and grinding heads.

We hold an extensive quantity of Column & Booms with varying capacities in our Rental Department.
