Key Plant manufacture New Positioners ranging from our standard range of 50kg to 30,000kg, larger capacities and special requirements can be manufactured to suit customer’s specific requirements.  We also hold an extensive range of used and second-hand equipment fully refurbished available. 

The primary function of Key Plant’s positioning range of machines is to assist the welding operator to rotate the work piece through 360° to reposition the component for inspection or welding.   A positioner gives the added advantage of a tilting function to tilt the work piece from horizontal to vertical to better position the component for down hand and automatic welding.

We hold an extensive quantity of Positioners with varying capacities in our Rental Department.
