Each system is designed to suit the customers needs whether it is for Single Wire, Twin Wire, Tandem Twin, Triple or Strip Welding, Key Plant has the knowledge and experience to call on. Key Plant has recently manufactured and installed together with Lincoln Electric the first 3 Power Wave AC/DC 1000 installations fitted onto Column & Booms into Europe, Denmark, Belgium and Holland. Denmark: The systems have involved Tandem Twin Wire welding with 4 wires with PC interface control. Belgium: Tandem Twin Wire with deep groove welding, welding with 4 wires with PLC Touch Screen interface control. Holland: Single wire welding with AC/DC 1000 with PF10 Controls Incorporated into Key Plants specialist turnkey installations are Pressure Feed Heated Flux Delivery Systems, Laser Tracking, Height Sensor Systems, Flux Recycling, Tactile Tracking Systems, Laser Light, Motorised Slides and Camera for viewing the weld.
