Key Plant build & supply Europe's Largest column & boom 15m x 10m weighing in excess of 100 Tonnes


The Column & Boom was supplied with Lincoln Electric’s New AC/DC 1000 Powerwave Technology incorporating a 500 Tonne
set of New SAR Welding  Rotators with twin
anti-drift system.


Key Plant supplies purpose built, fit up and production line assembly for the manufacture of Offshore and Wind Farm piles into facilities in the Netherlands

Key Plant supplied 300 Ton powered traversing drive unit which is capable of rotating 450 ton with two additional idlers.
2 off Traversing Hydraulically Elevating Idlers, and Internal Boom.
2 sets of 225 Ton SAR Rotators with automatic anti drift system. 

The 450 Ton Rotators with the traversing under carriage is designed to transfer the completed 450 ton pipe from inside the customer’s factory, to a waiting barge on the canal.



Key Plant manufacture & supply another column & boom 10m x 8m fitted the worlds first Lincoln Powerwave System fully operated via a PLC and Touch Screen HMI and 400 Ton SAR Welding Rotators with Twin Anti Drift

Another customer is now in receipt of a column & boom supplied with Rotators.
