Standard Rotators normally consist of a set of rotators comprising of 1 Drive Unit which is the motorised machine and 1 Idler Unit, which is a free wheeling unit. The drive unit is supplied with a control panel and remote hand held pendant allowing the operator to change the rotation direction, stop the machine and adjust the rotation speed via a variable speed potentiometer, however as special purpose machines we can manufacture any bespoke design.

Welding Rotators are designed to assist in fabricating, welding, polishing, painting, inspecting or assembling tubular workpieces and components.

Welding rotators can be supplied with the option of rubber, polyurethane or steel wheels. They can be supplied with single, double or triple wheel configurations. The wheel carriages are adjusted to accommodate the diameters of vessel.

Key Plant supply the option of Traversing Rotators. These rotators can travel manually or motorised on an undercarriage / base which is attached to the underside of the existing machines to enable the rotators to travel on rail.
