We have second-hand, used and fully refurbished equipment available.  
We also hold an extensive range with varying handling lengths to suit different diameter ranges in our Rental Department.

Either option can be supplied to a weld a wide variety of applications.  Mig – Mag, Tig, Sub-Merged Arc, Laser and Plasma Welding.  Key Plant can supply a turnkey solution with any choice of welding solution that the customer requests or the application requires, or alternatively we can supply just the Lathe Type or Side Beam.

The advantage of using  these machines easily enables the joining of two flat plates or the joining of circumferential and longitudinal seams of a tubular pipes. It gives the welding operator repeatability at the touch of a button as the welding carriage can travels down the length of the work piece to weld longitudinal or the carriage can stay static as the positioner or headstock rotates the workpiece and the circumferential weld is completed.Irregular shaped components can also be weld on Key Plant side beam arrangement.

Lathe Type and side beams are ideal for use in a production line were the quality of weld and finish is essential.
