Key Plant manufacture New Ro-tilt type Positioners ranging from our standard capacities of 500kg &1,000kg and we have second-hand equipment fully refurbished available.  Larger capacities and special requirements can be manufactured to suit customer’s specific requirements.

The advantage of using a Ro-tilt type Positioners is that it allows the operator to tilt the work piece through 360 degrees.

This type of equipment offers the welder greater manoeuvrability of the work piece by rotating and tilting it into the best possible position, before the welder carries out his work. We offer the option of a fully manual operation, fully motorised option, or a combination of manual and motorised rotation and tilt functions.
