Key Plant manufacture New Elevating Positioners ranging from our standard range of 1,000kg to 10,000kg, larger capacities and special requirements can be manufactured to suit customer’s specific requirements.  We also hold an extensive range of used and second-hand equipment fully refurbished available. 

The primary function of Key Plant’s Elevating positioning range of machines is to assist the welding operator to rotate the work piece through 360° to reposition the component for inspection or welding.   A positioner gives the added advantage of a tilting function to tilt the work piece from horizontal, to vertical to better position the component for down hand and automatic welding.

The added advantage of the elevating machine is to enable large and odd shaped components to be raised and elevated whilst being rotated and tilted to reposition the component to the correct position prior to welding.
