Key Plant offer New Bench Positioners ranging from 100kg to 250kg and we have second-hand and
ex-rental machines available.

The Bench Positioner is small and compact and can be placed onto a bench to allow the operator to weld
small and light weight components at a workable height. The machine is ideal for use in production lines,
welding pipe work ie. lighting towers and lamp posts, handrails and a variety of small tubular applications.

The equipment incorporates a rotating table with forward/stop/reverse functions and is supplied with a
heavy duty remote foot control. The positioner can be supplied with an optional extra of a self centring
3 jaw gripper chuck. Key Plant manufacture different chucks depending on the diameter of the pipe.

We hold an extensive range of New Bench Positioners in stock and can be supplied
